Change 4 Living Community Services aims to improve the lives of low-income senior citizens and disabled individuals through comprehensive in-home healthcare services, the establishment of assisted living homes, and sustainable farming initiatives for the Lauderdale County community in general. Our in-home healthcare program allows individuals to stay in their homes, providing personal care, companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and non-medical services, thereby reducing the need for nursing home care. We also seek to create assisted living homes that offer wraparound services, including housing, adult daycare, food, clothing, counseling, and aftercare, to support underserved seniors and disabled individuals. Our goal is to enhance senior care quality, reduce homelessness, and empower individuals to maintain independence with access to holistic support. Additionally, our sustainable farming initiatives address food insecurity by promoting organic growth and resilient agricultural practices. We provide education, resources, and mentorship to marginalized farmers, facilitating access to funding and equipment. By fostering sustainable agriculture, we aim to build a stronger, more equitable food system.
